A serious Music label supporting serious causes in its very core; Needs (Not for profit) is the first of its kind not for profit Music label, owned and operated by Bobby Pleasure.
Bobby Connolly aka Bobby Pleasure is a UK based seasoned disco DJ/Producer who’s had a long and successful run as the A/R and label manager of one of the most respected and longest-running dance music labels by Ralph Lawson – 20/20 Vision Records.
He started Needs (Not for profit) with the vision that music can act as a catalyst and provide a support stream to various social issues and causes within the society, be it homelessness, spreading mental equality or assisting in care for mental health issues. Self curating the record label, Bobby raised money for mental health with the very first release and is touring the globe promoting it with an array of different charity events.
The I Love Music Academy is stoked to be part of his journey and support his cause during his tour in India. We are hosting a Production Masterclass with Bobby Pleasure on the 17th of May’2018 at the Academy. The Masterclass would involve the artist breaking down one of his own productions, explaining the various intricate details of how he works in the studio.
