Please note: Application/Registration for your desired course(s) is only secured upon receipt of payment of course fees. Applying here does not secure your seat and represents application to, intent for registering in, your desired course(s). 
Your seat is confirmed only when all the admission formalities have been completed.

Enrolment Pre Requisites

  • English is mandatory. Every applicant must have a good understanding of English, as all our courses are taught entirely in the English language.
  • Applicants must have a valid email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • We communicate by email. Please provide an email address that you check regularly.
  • Basic computer skills are required for all our Modules, Courses and Diploma Programs.
  • No outside equipment is required to complete the programs. Our studios are well equipped. Students can make studio bookings to complete their assignments and class projects for the duration of their course without any additional costs.
  • There is no age limit for any of our courses, although we recommend that applicants are at least 10th standard pass for Diplomas, and at least 13 years old for our Production and DJ courses.
  • All applicants must have a valid government identification: Aadhar Card or Passport
  • PAN-CARD is mandatory of the person paying for the course, be it the student or the students guardian/parent.

Enrolment Process

1. Registration
  • As our batch sizes are small and fill up quickly, you should reserve and re-confirm your seat well in advance. Once you are sure of joining, apply for the program through our online Application Button. Module/Course/Program fee is payable 100% upfront so ensure you have funds available or request for a payment plan/loan facility.
  • Choose to pay per module or pay for a full program to avail bundle discounts. If accepted, you shall be contacted and shall be given instructions and a cut-off date to complete the registration formalities. You must deposit the course fee to confirm a seat.
  • To reserve a seat for your desired module or course bundle with your preferred start date, you can pay online to block your seat and get access to our online registration form.
  • Should you wish to pay offline or avail a payment plan (if such a plan has been offered to you), please contact the admissions office for details on application and registration.
  • Courses are enrolled on a first come – first serve basis.
  • For part payments- A link for online part payment will be provided allowing you to get access to the registration form.
  • For offline mode– Once you have paid the Fee, we will email you a Digital Registration Form. Please complete the required information & fill up the online form.

2. Documents Submissions

  • Submit the completed Digital Registration Form via email / link after online payment.
  • Submit a scanned copy of a valid national ID proof via email (PAN card  is mandatory along with  passport ID page or aadhar card).
  • Submit a digital photograph of yourself via email (passport picture or a clear selfie).

3. Fee Payments 

  • Your seat is confirmed only once we receive the full Fee payment for the course. (For part-time courses the Application Fee will only block the seat for 4 days.)
  • Please deposit the Balance Fee payment within 4 days of starting the registration process. 100% fees are due upfront.
  • If you were offered a payment plan/loan facility, please confirm the same via email, along with a confirmation of the loan availed within 24 hours of registration.
  • Please complete all the formalities in time and double check:
  • **Payment of Module Fee and Timely payment of additional Modules before their start date. **Submission of registration form, digital photograph, and ID proof. **If you are on a payment plan/loan facility, make sure to deposit your cheques as per the dates agreed upon.
Please Note
  1. For Payment plans: All post-dated cheques are due at the time of registration.
  2. Only written communication will be accepted as confirmation of enrolment. Our representatives will not give any verbal commitments. If you were offered any discounts, payment plans, or specific terms, kindly carry a copy of any such email communication to avail the benefit. Only written communication will be accepted as proof of agreement or offer.
  3. For all Courses: Seats are confirmed and blocked once payments have been received and registration form duly filled. For student availing a payment plan a seat is confirmed once Security & post dated cheques are handed over and initial payment clears.
  4. The institute follows a strict zero-refund policy, kindly be sure of your intent to do a course before enrolling.
  5. The Application Fee and Balance Fee payment is not refundable nor transferable.
  6. Cheques that bounce will attract a per-day penalty starting from their due date, currently set at INR 500/- per day from date the payment falls due, irrespective of the actual date of cheque bounce, you are responsible to ensure that your accounts are well-funded and cheques handed in are free of errors.

  8. List of Holidays are published so that students may plan their leaves and schedules accordingly, no makeup classes will be provided for students who miss a class.

Refund Policy

WE FOLLOW A ZERO REFUND POLICY.
All fee are liable to be paid at time of Registration. Payment plans are incidental and registration is a commitment to pay the entire course fee amount and does not constitute ability to withdraw from the course or cancel on any part nor full payment due at any point of time after registration. So please be sure of attending the course when you register for one. Payments for a course/batch will not be transferred or adjusted against another student, course, batch or any other facility.

Cash

Pay via cash directly at the academy.

Cheque

CTS 2010 compliant cheques payable at par in Delhi NCR are accepted.

Credit Card (Online)

Offered via online payment gateway. Convenience Fee is applicable. All major CC accepted.

International Students

We welcome applications from international students to experience and attend classes at the I Love Music Academy. Due to Visa restrictions we can offer only our short term/part time courses to international students with an option for Private DJ and Fast Track Music Production courses when available.

About the Area

New Delhi is a bustling metropolitan city with a lot of history and a lot of…you guessed it, people! Its said to be one of the oldest cities in the world along with Jerusalem and Varanasi. Plenty of awesome sights to see and great food to eat. Delhi is at the epicentre of India’s rapidly progressing music scene, so you are sure to catch a lot of great live music during your time here and also become a part of it. The Academy is located in Gurgaon, a suburb of the capital and well connected by Delhi Metro.

Local Travel Transport

The metro is the easiest way to get around Delhi NCR, and the Rapid Metro in Gurgaon (Currently only on Golf course road). The nearest station to the academy being Sikanderpur Metro Station, followed by a switch to Gurgaon Rapid Metro station to Sec 55-56 and then short walk to the Academy. Hire a local 3 wheeler: Cycle- rickshaw (Human powered) or  rickshaw (motorised) to travel short distances in the day or hire a cab via a taxi app (Uber, ola, etc)

Accomodation

We will assist enrolled students with accommodation, however we currently do not offer any accommodation facility ourselves. There are a number of such facilities available in the vicinity ranging from Hotels and guest houses to shared apartments and hostels to suit all budgets. We would be happy to connect you to a budget friendly BnB or Guest house close-by.

Visa

We can assist you with any documents and any information you require in order to get your Visa for India. Since the government does not recognize any music styles apart from Hindustani, the academy cannot assist with a Education Visa, and would recommend you to either take up a Business Visa for your visit; or incase you plan to Holiday while you are here a Tourist Visa would be most appropriate. Please do check with your local Indian Consulate for more details.
Admissions Requirements
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Valid passport, email address, phone no. and mailing address.
  • A good grasp of English since the course is taught in English and the softwares used are English language based.
  • Basic computer skills.

Payment Plans

I Love Music Academy offers interest free payment plans, for bundles and courses to help ease the burden of large payments due to the inability of securing Student loans. These payment plans are offered on the offer value of the course/bundle with the assurance by students availing the facility, that the entire amount remains due at the time of enrolment against which a security cheque for the entire value is handed over. In no way is this a pay as you learn scheme or a monthly fee, once availed the entire fee must be cleared. 

Method:

  1. Choose desired course.
  2. Request for details on a payment plan.
  3. If a Payment plan is offered to you, deposit the security cheque of the entire amount along with initial cheque and post dated cheques at the academy office.
  4. Sign the document/receipt of cheques and agree to terms & conditions for the payment plan. 
  5. An online registration form will be sent to your email. Fill the same and follow registration protocol. 
  6. Ensure your account are funded accordingly to avoid late fee and bounce fee charges that you may incur on cheque bounce.
  7. Collect your unused security cheque on the last day of your class on course completion.

    1. Once initiated payment must be completed in totality.
    2. Seat confirmation only after all cheques including post dated cheques are handed over (prior planning involved).
    3. Management can withdraw the payment plan facility at any time should the student express an intent to default or due to cheque bounce, where the entire liability of the balance fee shall become due immediately. 
    4. Incase of change in course/modules, no adjustment to dues, as per Zero Refund policy.
    5. Student must ensure account is funded in time.
    6. Cheques must be throughly checked for Mistakes on Cheque.
    7. Manual Receipts given only once all cheques are handed over.
    8. Bounced Cheque not remedied in time may result in loss of seat.

Please note:

    1. This is not a Loan facility, and merely a payment plan offered to ease the burden of paying the full amount upfront in the absence of the students ability to avail a loan for the course fee. All course fee are due upfront to avail a course.
    2. Approval subject to Management discretion.
    3. Payments are subject to realisation of cheque.
    4. Bounced cheques will attract a Fine of INR 500/-

  2. Deposit 1st Module fee
  3. Hand over Post Dated Cheques of other modules.
  4. Ensure all cheques are crossed and dated correctly (minimum 2 weeks prior to module commencement)

PRO’s:

  3. Cancel or unregister for module anytime before cheque due date.
  4. No additional charges applicable.
  5. Instant Confirmation of seat.

CON’s:

  1. Student must ensure account is funded in time.
  2. Cheques must be throughly checked for Mistakes on Cheque.
  3. Manual Receipts given only once all cheques are handed over.
  4. Bounced Cheque not remedied in time may result in loss of seat.

Please note:

Payments are subject to realisation of cheque.
Bounced cheques will attract a Fine of INR 500/-

Method:

  1. Choose desired course.

  3. Choose EMI option if offered, else contact the credit card company directly to convert to EMI.

CON’s:

  1. Interest applicable.
  2. Convenience Fee applicable.
  3. Student must have adequate limits on credit card to avail this facility.
  4. Interest rate varies from card type to duration of EMI.

Please note:

  1. EMI Facility offered by instamojo or the credit card company which is a Third party and separate from the academy. The academy bears no liability what so ever to any amounts charges or payment default by the student to the customer. Instamojo is only a payment gateway facility used by the academy for online payments, where all payment are due upfront by the student availing the course. The academy does not store any information provided to Instamojo for any payment or credit card details used, beyond what is necessary and provided by instamojo.
